Swachhathon follows a strict No-Refund policy. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• In the unfortunate event of cancellation or postponement of Swachhathon due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be provided.
• The registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date or, if the event is canceled, may be transferred to the next edition at the discretion of the organizers.
